How The 90-Day Reset Actually Works

In the second half of life, the fastest way to get strong is to start with competence, not intensity.

Phase 1: Movement First

Before we build your plan, we build your foundation. We clean up patterns, reduce unnecessary tension, and rebuild trust where it's been shaken. Early sessions are hands-on and movement-focused—not to make you "perfect," just competent enough to train confidently.

Phase 2: Your Personalized Plan

Once the foundation is solid, we turn your movement into a sustainable practice. You get a personalized plan with the right dose of intensity, volume, and frequency—plus weekly adjustments based on real-world feedback.

Phase 3: Coaching the Practice

Our sessions shift from teaching exercises to coaching you within your practice. We talk through what came up, what challenged you, what wins showed up, and how to adjust for where you are right now.

This is the bridge between "I know what to do" and "I finally do it."

AFTER 90 DAYS: BEYOND THE RESET

Once you complete the 90-Day Reset, you have the option to continue with Beyond The Reset.

Beyond The Reset — $450/month

  • We'll get clarity on your goals during our initial call. Once we understand your starting point, we'll make a plan that's sustainable and fits into your life. There's no predetermined template—our work is completely customized.

  • Yes! We'll discuss your health history and past injuries during our initial call. Clients are often referred to me because of past issues, and clinicians I've worked with have confidence I can find the right dose for you, regardless of your condition.

    To be clear, I do not diagnose. If you have concerns, please talk to your healthcare provider—I'm happy to talk to them as well.

  • Just the right amount. We'll have our scheduled calls, but if something comes up in between, I'm here for you. You'll feel well supported without being overwhelmed.

  • Our calls are where real transformation happens through coaching, strategy, and support. This isn't traditional personal training—it's a smarter approach designed for maximum impact with minimal wasted effort. You get guidance, accountability, and adjustments without someone just counting your reps.

  • Absolutely! Strength training may not be what you think it is. We're building your body's strength and stamina, but this is not about lifting bone-crushing amounts of weight.

    By easing into this practice, consistency becomes a byproduct. We'll talk before you join so you'll feel confident about the approach.

  • Yes. If you start with the Strong Start and want to continue into the full 90-Day Reset, we'll credit your Strong Start investment, and you'll only pay the difference.

  • Life happens. We'll work with you. For monthly programs, you can cancel with 10 days' notice. For the 90-Day Reset, we'll discuss your situation and find a solution.
